Together, we will tailor treatment to your individual needs, and make adjustments as you progress. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, as well as psychodynamic and narrative therapy. No matter the therapeutic modality, the most important part of therapy is the connection and trust between client and therapist.
